Head Office

Our Head Office is situated in Voortrekker Road, Alberton in the Promenade Building where we occupy approximately 1000 square meters in floor space. It started off small around 11 Years ago and it seems that we will be outgrowing the premises within the following 2 years.

Administration

We make sure that all our ducks are in a row when it comes to administration. With a staff compliment of 20+ full time super stars we make sure that when it comes to administrative issues every aspect is taken care of.

Presentation

Presenting our company and our offerings in the most professional way possible is one of our strong points in the group. Whether it be in person or to a host of guests we are able to present professionally from printed media to electronic multi media.

Training

We believe knowledge is power and thus offers our agents, franchisees and even customers a base for learning everything there is to know about water and all related issues around water. Warehousing

When it comes to warehousing and holding stock, we are most probably the largest supplier in the industry. All our stock is fully paid for and we carry around 9 months worth of stock at any given time. When disaster strikes, we are able to supply huge quantities of stock without affecting our current network of distributors and agents.

We also carry parts on our entire range of products and are able to maintain an extremely high level of support. Fixing or replacing any part is no problem.

Laboratory

With our LAB, we are able to test and analyse any water from any source and collect information on the state of the water in different areas. Water analysis is extremely important to provide the correct solution for a specific problem or need. This service is available to all our customers, agents and franchisees. We believe that we own the largest database of information related to water issues across Africa and are able to access that information very quickly.
